Dealing with poor performance and conflict are key management responsibilities. They can simmer and smoulder for years without attracting particular attention or can flare and race through your business like a wildfire. Either way they choke productivity and profit - and inevitably - left unaddressed - your best staff are the ones who leave. Addressing both require similar skills and attitudes and they both need to be tackled in an organised, strategic and sophisticated way - even if as Kiwis we hate dealing with them. This interactive workshop helps you to properly diagnose the causes of poor performance and conflict, and plan and implement effective strategies to preempt when possible and manage constructively when that isn’t.
